Joe is a 20 years experienced landscape architect and a member of NZILA. His career started in South Korea and worked in landscaping construction and landscaping design companies at Auckland from 2007 to now. The design company was specialized in swimming pool design and the whole construction management not only the paper work. He is knowledgeable on pool fencing requirements, pool fencing rules(FoSPA1987, NZBC F9/AS1&AS2) and district plans including Unitary Plan for Auckland. Also he is experienced in many different types of processes/consents such as swimming pool consents, swimming pool fencing consents or CoA as well as the construction details. Currently he continues his career in PCDG(Pool Consent Designer Group).
